Boutique Email Studio was built on a simple observation. The hotels that care most about the guest experience rarely give the same care to what happens after checkout. A past guest is one of the most valuable things an independent hotel has. Most of the time, that relationship is left to fade.

I started this studio to change that. I work only with boutique and luxury hotels. I design and build email systems that treat every subscriber as a potential returning guest. Not just a name on a list.
